Godwin-Jones utilizes the newest Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology. This technology is known as BIM (Building Information Modeling). This process creates an entire facility in 3D space using 3D components. This creates a real simulation of all components to provide accurate counts of building materials and prevent construction "collisions" of overlapping elements that can be missed in 2D CAD design. Construction is priced accurately with very few (if any) surprise change orders.
